EDUC 291 - Portfolio Develop. in Education EDUC 291 - Portfolio Develop. in Education This course is for degree seeking students in the Liberal Arts Education Option, who have completed 45 credit hours. The course is designed to assist students in the transition from the community college experience to a four year educational institution or to placement in the work force within the education field. Emphasis is placed on the development of a professional portfolio that documents coursework and experiences relevant to the New Jersey Professional Standards for Teachers (N.J.A.C.6A:9-3.3) or Interstate New Teacher Assessment and Support Consortium (INTASC) Standards.
