EXSC 210 - Exercise Physiology EXSC 210 - Exercise Physiology This course is designed to study the human responses to exercise and the adaptations that occur from various types of training programs in both lecture and laboratory setting, the student will learn the metabolic, circulatory, respiratory, neuromuscular and hormonal responses to exercise. Practical applications of this knowledge will be explored with regards to the role of exercise in maintaining and improving health, physical fitness and athletic performance in the general population, youth, athletes and seniors.
