HORT 105 - Sustainable Garden Design HORT 105 - Sustainable Garden Design This course prepares students with the knowledge and skills to design basic gardens and landscape areas. Students will learn about sustainable garden design elements such as rain gardens, rainwater harvesting and green roofs as well as integrating herb gardens, edible landscapes, native plants and areas of the garden for bees and other pollinators.
