HOST 125 - Baking & Pastry Arts HOST 125 - Baking & Pastry Arts This course provides students with the opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills needed for employment in the baking and pastry field. Students will have the opportunity to study and practice a variety of general and specialized baking techniques that will be used in the preparation of cakes, pastries, pies, cookies, and various other goods as a part of a “made-to-order” bakery service in a student operated off-site restaurant. Lab Fee Required.
