LEGA 106 - Civil Litigation LEGA 106 - Civil Litigation This course is an introduction to the principles of civil litigation. Topics include client interview, investigation and evidence, courts and jurisdiction, alternative dispute resolution, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial. Special emphasis is given to the Canon of Ethics and the Code of Professional Responsibility in representing clients during the litigation process.
