LEGA 215 - Bankruptcy LEGA 215 - Bankruptcy This course will provide an overview of the three most utilized Chapters of the Bankruptcy Code: Chapters 7, 11, and 13. Concepts covered will include Property of the Estate, Exemptions, Discharge of Debts, Claims and Business and Personal Reorganizations. Additionally, the roles of the parties in a Bankruptcy case will be identified and students will be familiarized with various research sources.
