Prerequisite(s): READ 02 or Reading placement of ENGL 111. This course is a study of the business organization emphasizing the interaction among workers and between workers and managers. Concepts covered include management/employee concerns such as pay-for- performance, effective teaming, employee benefits, reducing employee stress, employee rights, and designing selection criteria.
