NURS 102 — Professional Behaviors Units: 2
This introductory course provides the student with an understanding of the professional nurse's role within the health care system. Emphasis is placed on ethics, professional obligations, values, expectations of the profession and accountability for lifelong learning. Students will learn methods of communicating professionally and effectively with individuals, significant support persons, and as members of the interdisciplinary heath care team.
