Topics include installation, maintenance and common features. Introduction to virtualization, security, common threats, vulnerabilities and preventative methods will be covered, along with software troubleshooting, tools and best practices. Occupational procedures will include safety, environmental concerns, ethics, professionalism and troubleshooting theory. This course will prepare the student to take and pass the second of the two required CompTIA exams to gain A+ certification.
