SPAN 2113 - Intermediate Spanish I Add to Catalog Favorites SPAN 2113 - Intermediate Spanish I Systematic cultivation of increased depth and control in the basic skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing Spanish, with continued exploration of significant aspects of Hispanic culture. It may be taken concurrently with SPAN 2143 Latin American Civilization and Culture. Active participation in conversations during class and/or through the World Languages Lab is expected. Students with prior Spanish experience are encouraged to ask their advisor about the CLEP or departmental placement exam to determine eligibility for credit and placement into a higher-level course.
