Holistically examines contemporary Alaska topics, especially as they pertain to Indigenous peoples and communities and the broader Circumpolar North. Identifies ways in which anthropologists address these issues. Topical emphasis will vary by semester. Special Note: May be repeated once with a change of subtitle.
