ANTH A680 — Advanced Analytical Techniques in Archaeology and Bioanthropology 4 Credits
Critically examines data quality, sampling, quantification and interpretation of material remains with an emphasis on laboratory methods. Topics vary by semester and may include human osteology, zooarchaeology, lithics, ceramics and archaeobotany, among others. Special Note: May be repeated two times with a change of subtitle. Graduate students will be assigned more in-depth research, additional class readings and mentoring positions for undergraduates.
