Introduces the management of income-producing properties, including residential, office, retail and industrial spaces. Explores real estate management careers and investor opportunities. Broadly covers practices, including real estate marketing and leasing; conducting market and neighborhood economic analyses; calculating cash flow, return on investment, and capitalization rates; and identifying legal and risk management concerns. Registration Restrictions: UAA-approved mathematics placement test scores may be used in lieu of prerequisites.
