BA A225 — Real Estate Leasing 3 Credits
Identifies industry best practices for residential and commercial real estate leasing. Connects the management of leasing activities to the performance and value of real estate assets. Special Note: Successful completion enables students to sit for a national leasing designation exam. It is recommended that students take BA A215 before or concurrently with this course. Registration Restrictions: UAA-approved mathematics placement test scores may be used in lieu of prerequisites.
