BA A470 — Becoming a Leader 3 Credits
Provides an introduction to effective leadership. Topics such as the nature of leadership, recognizing leadership traits, developing leadership skills, overcoming obstacles, and addressing values in leadership will be examined. Attention will be given to helping students understand and improve their own leadership performance. Registration Restrictions: College of Business and Public Policy majors must be admitted to upper-division standing.
