Covers effective and successful approaches to change in complex organizations. Develops students' capabilities to lead change at individual, group and organizational levels. Analyzes situations that drive change in organizations and the application of theories and concepts for successful, sustainable implementation of change. Registration Restrictions: Graduate standing
