Enable students to become effective and successful leaders and followers in organizations. Students develop an understanding of the dynamics of human behavior and acquire skills for motivating oneself, peers and subordinates. Topics include leading teams, building relationships and communicating across groups. Registration Restrictions: Graduate standing
