BIOL A692 — Graduate Seminar 1 Credit
Emphasizes the scientific process and science communication. Familiarizes students with the core principles and frameworks of the biological sciences, and the style, structure, organization and presentation of scientific material and research results. Emphasizes the application of biological concepts to real-world settings through evaluation and analysis of seminar presentations, and develops skills in documenting biological research through oral presentations and peer-reviewed scientific manuscripts. Special Note: May be repeated for a maximum of 3 credits. Registration Restrictions: Graduate standing
