Provides for the exchange of ideas and experiences with a focus on culturally responsive strategies, trauma-informed practices, and performance-based assessment systems. Discusses and reflects of developmentally appropriate practices and professionalism/ethics using the NAEYC Professional Preparation Standards and Code of Ethical Conduct.
