GEOG A475 — Geospatial and Cartographic Techniques for the Sciences 3 Credits

Examines mobile geospatial data collection, concepts in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), vector cartography, geographic story maps and other forms of geospatial visualization. Application of tools in scientific (natural and social sciences) and public policy context. Registration Restrictions: Completion of Tier 2 courses and junior or senior standing.
