MA A250L — Clinical Procedures Lab I 1 Credit
Introduces hands-on instruction and practice of clinical duties performed by medical assistants in outpatient facilities including asepsis, infection control, maintenance of the exam room and medical equipment, vital signs, assisting with routine patient care and patient teaching. Special Note: Students must also be registered in MA A250 . May be repeated once for credit. Students who wish to register for this course a second time after already completing the lecture will need a registration override from the instructor.
