MILS A301 — Adaptive Team Leadership 3 Credits

Challenges students to study, practice, and evaluate adaptive leadership skills as they are presented with challenging scenarios related to squad tactical operations. Provides systematic and specific feedback on students' leadership attributes and actions. Develops leadership and critical thinking abilities. Registration Restrictions: Restricted to contracted ROTC cadets only.
