MUS A121 — Music Appreciation 3 Credits

Introduces students to the basic elements of musical sound and music notation followed by a survey of the history and development of Western art music from the early Middle Ages to the present. Special Note: Music majors may not use this course toward their GER Fine Arts requirement nor their music-major degree requirements.
