Introduces the study and practice of basic fundamentals of singing and song interpretation. Stresses breath support, healthy laryngeal function and good alignment. Covers healthy and efficient practice methods. Includes song interpretation and performance practice through a variety of assigned repertoire. Special Note: Ability to read music not a prerequisite.
