NURS A220 — Perinatal Nursing 3 Credits
Focuses on care for women throughout their childbearing years and into menopause. Examines the care of a newborn at birth. Highlights low risk women's health, pregnancy and newborn care. Covers high risk complications related to women's reproductive health, maternity and newborn care. Registration Restrictions: Admission to the third semester of the Associate of Applied Science in Nursing and completion of one social science elective with a minimum grade of C or concurrent enrollment
