SURG A220L — Surgical Procedures II Laboratory 4 Credits

Applies theory with lab practice of common surgical procedures that include otorhinolaryngologic surgery, oral and maxillofacial surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, peripheral vascular surgery and neurological surgery performed in the operating room by body system with emphasis on practical lab application. Includes surgical anatomy, instrumentation, and pharmacology. Special Note: This course is a continuation of Surgical Procedures I Lab. Registration Restrictions: Department approval
