SWK A634 — Transformational Leadership in Social Work Practice 3 Credits
Examines the practice of transformational leadership in social work practice with groups, organizations and communities in the process of innovation to address emerging or existing needs among at-risk and vulnerable populations. This course deepens the competencies of advanced generalist MSW students in innovation practice with groups, organizations and communities and prepares students to complete a capstone leadership project in SWK A635 . Registration Restrictions: Graduate standing and admission to the Master of Social Work and successful completion of the generalist curriculum
