Supports students with conceptualizing and developing a capstone leadership project proposal that identifies and responds to a complex, multidimensional practice issue facing an organization, community, or population in Alaska. Students demonstrate the advanced generalist competencies by providing social work leadership, advancing innovation, and engaging in community collaboration. Registration Restrictions: Graduate standing, admission to the Master of Social Work, and successful completion of the generalist curriculum
