Develops the knowledge, values, skills, and cognitive and affective processes to engage in transformational leadership practices in social work practice with organizations and communities. Applies principles of anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed macro social work practice in engaging, assessing, intervening, and evaluating practice with communities and organizations in Alaska. Registration Restrictions: Graduate standing, admission to the Master of Social Work, and successful completion of the generalist curriculum
