WSGS A201 — Introduction to Gender and Sexuality Studies 3 Credits

Asks questions such as "What is gender?" "What is sexuality?" "Why do studying gender and sexuality matter?" Challenges the "commonsense" notions that we have about these categories. Upends our ideas about gender and sexuality by introducing foundational concepts and readings from the interdisciplinary fields of feminist and queer studies.
