The Occupational Endorsement Certificate in Community, Conflict, and Communication prepares students to gain the basic competencies necessary for a novice human service professional. It will help students gain knowledge about how human services operate within the general society, develop skills in core helping professions, and learn how to engage diverse communities within Alaska.
