MUS259 — Music Therapy Practicum 3 cr.
Students will observe and take part in Music Therapy sessions off-campus and engage in classroom exercises to experience music without the usual pressure of instruction and performance. They will practice techniques to build confidence and sensitivity in using music as therapy. Classroom discussions will them reflect on and analyze their experiences from both the practicum and classroom settings.
