PED 207 - Weight Training 1 cr. PED 207 - Weight Training 1 cr. This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and techniques learned in PED 107. Emphasis is on weight training to improve muscular strength, overall health and fitness, and how to use both machines and free weights safely and effectively.
