This course reinforces the fundamentals of core conditioning and continues development of exercises and techniques used to strengthen and tone the core muscles of the body including the lower back, hip, pelvis, abdominal, and oblique muscles. The class incorporates a variety of exercises and equipment to sculpt and strengthen the core region and improve balance and coordination.
