ARTH3340 — Baroque and Rococo
Explores the art and architecture produced in Europe during the Early Modern Period c. 1550 - c. 1750 (periods often referred to as the Baroque and Rococo). Includes study of canonical works and the artists that produced them; analysis of primary and secondary source materials, introduction to art historical methodologies; and consideration of the regional variations of the "baroque."
