Examines the basics of estate planning, including both the legal and tax aspects of developing an estate and/or incapacity plan. Topics include: probate and probate substitutes, wills and other estate planning documents, gifting and insurance strategies, use of trusts, and federal estate, gift and generation-skipping taxation. prereq: LSBE candidate OR non-LSBE student with a declared minor in Financial Planning
