Discrete linear shift-invariant systems, Fourier & z-transforms, sampling, discrete time processing of signals, reconstruction of analog signals, filters and filter structures in direct, parallel, and cascaded forms, FIR & IIR digital filter design, impulse-invariance, bilinear transform & window functions, FFT. Credit for EE 4746 will not be granted if credit already received for EE 5746; no graduate credit.Prerequisite: EE2111, or instructor consent
