EE5611 — Semiconductor Physics
The course will cover properties of semiconductor materials, equilibrium and non-equilibrium carrier distributions in intrinsic and extrinsic semiconductors, operation principle and design criteria of typical semiconductor devices, as well as device simulation using COMSOL or other software. Pre-req: PHYS 2015 or 2018 and 2016; credit will not be granted if already received for EE 4611
