Scientific foundations and practical applications of developing and implementing resistance training programs for health, fitness, rehabilitation, and performance. prereq: Minimum 60 cr., Exercise & Rehabilitation Sciences major; or instructor consent. co-requisite: Students should enroll in EXSC 2430 and 3430 in same semester.
