By blending foundational constitutional law teachings with modern explorations of the Court's societal role, the curriculum adopts a legal realist perspective, allowing students to delve into Supreme Court behavior, its decision-making dynamics, and the broader implications of its rulings. Students who have completed POL 3150 or 3151 should not enroll in POL 3153.
