CSCI4555 — Thry: Neural Ntwrk, Mach Lrng
Study of the underlying theory and application of a variety of machine learning methods, with a focus on neural networks. Unsupervised and supervised learning methods are examined. Representation of training data and its influence on the developed algorithms are covered. The role of machine learning in society, including ethical aspects, is discussed. Includes an implementation project. prereq: CSci 1302 or both Math 2202 and Math 3411, CSci 2101
