ELED4121 — Elementary Inclusion
This class covers strategies and techniques for developing inclusive learning environments in an elementary classroom. This includes using strategies such as co-teaching models and social emotional learning; accommodations, interventions and modifications for students with exceptionalities. This class also provides an introduction to various methods of identifying students with disabilities and follow-up interventions, laws that govern special education, RTI, PBIS and 504 plans/IEPs. prereq: admission to the elementary education program
