ENGL2123 — Writing the Unfinished Novel
In this course, students will learn about and practice novel-writing techniques, including outlining, researching, and drafting. Additionally, students will read a mixture of craft essays, short and long fiction, and peer work. Their primary assignment for the term will be the composition of the first 20,000 words of an original novel draft.
