IS3021 — Ancient and Medieval Rome
In this study abroad course, students will visit Rome's monuments, churches, and museums; read ancient and medieval writings about Rome; research a topic related to the city's past through site visits, primary sources, and secondary scholarship; and reflect on and analyze connections between their experience in Rome and that of past visitors. prereq: ArtH 1111 or Fren 3002 or Hum 1006 or Hist 2103 or Hist 2108
