SOC2206 — Earth Justice Now!
This course examines environmental movements and change, from conservationism to climate justice. A portion of the course will focus on the disproportionate impacts of environmental harms and examine these through an environmental justice lens. Students will engage with theories from social movements and environmental sociology to examine real world environmental injustices and the movements working to combat these.
