TH1803 — Theatre Supernatural
This course will be focused on the supernatural aspects that scripts use Ghosts, Monsters, and More as storytelling devices and how as designers we can portray them with being respectful to not only the playwright of the script, but the cultural traditions that play into these supernatural figures. By the completion of this course, students will be able to understand a portion of the design process with analysis and research of the literature that will be presented in class, and then execute a personal design of a supernatural figure from literature. prereq: new college student in their first semester of enrollment at UMM
