PGMT 1001 — Fundamentals of Project Mgmt

This course introduces students to the terminology and key concepts of project management that will provide the foundation for the rest of the program. Students gain an overall understanding of project selection concepts, development approaches as well as all project management process groups, knowledge areas, and processes. Project management ethics will be discussed in this course.
