PHAR 1102 — Pharmacology & Therapeutics 1
This course introduces the study of pharmacology and therapeutics. General concepts of how drugs affect the body, routes of drug administration and dosage forms are discussed. Drugs affecting the nervous, musculo-skeletal, respiratory and cardiovascular system are studied. Prescription, non-prescription and alternative therapies are included. This course is part of the full-time Pharmacy Technician Program.
