PHAR 1104 — Pharmacy Communications 1

This course introduces the interpersonal and communication skills required to work effectively in a pharmacy setting. Collaboration, effective group dynamics, professionalism, ethics and customer service are discussed. This course is part of the full-time Pharmacy Technician Program.
