PHAR 1204 — Pharmacy Communications 2
This course continues the study of interpersonal and communication skills required to work effectively in a pharmacy setting. Conflict resolution, problem solving and issues pertaining to harassment and discrimination are discussed. Other topics include medication history and reconciliation, employment preparation and professional development. This course is part of the full-time Pharmacy Technician Program.
